• How long does it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours but please note during busy periods this can increase to 2-3 business days. No orders are dispatched on Sunday.

• What is the difference in box sizes?

The mini box is approximately 250g, medium box is approximately 525g and the large box is approximately 1kg.

• Are your sweets suitable for vegetarians/vegans?

Some of our sweets are suitable for vegetarians/vegans - please see our ingredient/allergen list for all details.

• Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

• Are your products sealed and hygienically packed?

Yes - all our sweets are packed with care and hygiene in mind.

• Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
